If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, you can send it back. If it breaks at any time, you can send it back. Our products have a lifetime warranty.
HOW TO SEND PARTS BACK
- Email us first and see if it’s a problem we can fix via email or phone. Email rtaylor@taylorfreelance.com.
- When sending back, include a note in the box (or a copy of the invoice) telling us what you want us to do. (You would be amazed at how many boxes we get with no name, no note, and just a part in it.
- As soon as we get your part, we will send the replacement part out. This takes about a week.
